Winter gloves recommendations

Can anyone recommend any decent winter gloves? My old ones are starting to get a little thin and I'm already feeling the cold seeping through at 7am!

Dad has those (I think) and says they are great, he does about a 80 mile round trip all year round and uses them in the winter, he says they are lovely especially with heated grips.

Also could be worth investing in an under jacket. If you keep the body's core temperature up, your extremities will keep warm easier. Something like a down jacket with a smooth outside so the bike jacket slides over it easily.
