this is the design im settling on

Im thinking about getting it at the bottom of the back of my neck where the shirtline is

Is this a good idea, and how much do you think it will cost?

If I'm honest, it wouldn't be my choice of tattoo, especially if you're not Irish Confused But whatever floats your boat I suppose...

Depending on where you go the price would probably vary, I would say between £50-70... Although, I live in London, and thats probably average price for tattoos of that size/detail if you go to a good place down here. Backstreet tattooists are never usually a good idea, even if they are cheaper... They are probably not as good a tattooist as going to a propoer genuine tattoo parlour (trust me, I have experienced it)
