Hi there. Are there any fellow bikers (particularly those with sports bikes) around Berkshire and Surrey who would like to go for a spin at weekends? I own a gsxr 1000 K5 at present and ride at moderate speeds! Friends with bikes have either settled down / got married (this can mean that the bike is no more) or have had to sell up because things are tight (at least that's their excuse!!). Any mates out there interested in getting together for a spin, please let me know. Cheers. John.
Very Happy

I'm near High Wycombe, bout 20 minutes from Reading and not much more from Bracknell. There's a couple of others based in Fleet and near Reading Thumbs Up

I live in Sandhurst/Camberley. I know quite a few people round my way who ride too (15 or so people). Depends on your riding style I guess.

Hi Mate I ride at moderate speeds - i.e. not crazy fast but not slow. I work on the basis of 'know your limits and back off 10%' which seems to have worked so far!! Are you in this zone? I have owned Hayabusas for example (which doesn't necessarily make me a fast rider Very Happy ) so I know what bikes are capable of! Would be good to know if you guys are in the same place or are usually parking up at Box Hill while I'm still selecting first gear in my driveway!! Cheers. John. Smile
