Think they're the usual 22mm handlebars; I've none in stock at the moment, sold all the straight sets I had.

I've heard that Renthals and Reikons are a massive improvement and you don't even need to add the bar-end weights because they're so good at damping the vibes. The standard Kawasaki bars really aren't very strong and bend too easily. Adequate if you're on a tight budget though.

When I get a bit more capital I intend to keep a set or two in stock.

The steering lock, not really any 'servicing' you can do to it, it either works, or it needs replacing.

They're held on by sheer-bolts, bolts where the head snaps off at fitting, so you can't just unscrew them, you have to drill or chisel them out. So a pain of a job. Give the whole barrel a wobble to see if it moves about, if so then the sheer bolts could be damaged and need replacing.

Hope it's not too bad mate, always frustrating when someone tries to nick your bike and you have to pay out Mad

Renthal bars on an ER5 make a huge improvement!

And the points made about the steering lock above were spot on.

Just a side note. They will be back. The scVm will have another go next time they see it so use a lock and chain.
