I know this probably wont help, but the length of time for training is really down to the individual, if you feel confident, and you know you ride PROPERLY e.g cover your lifesavers, ride within the speed limits and have no problems doing your slow speed manuevers, the the 2 day combo is really to tidy things up, if you have problems or are not that confident, then I'd suggest a longer lesson period, just to give yourself every opportunity of passing.

But like I say its different for everyone, just use your best judgement, and good luck.

as screawm said, its totally down to the rider!i rode around on a 50cc neos for almost 2 years, did the 2 day course (1 day training and half day for test) and i passed it 1st time!it all depends on how competent you are. go out for a day with an instructor and see what he thinks!best of luck Thumbs Up

Just stay away from Lightning Motorcycle Training. They are absolutely useless. Very quick to take your money, but when there is a problem you get no response out of them.

Have a look at this topic for more details

Seems your only here to complain about Lightning and nothing else, get over it and move on. Other people seem perfectly happy with them so they cant be that bad. 1 poor experience does not justify you constantly hammering on within other peoples threads.

Jack,

Before you book a fixed course such as 2,3 or 4 days get down for an assessment first. Usually these are 2 hours long where the instructor will take you out and have a look at your riding then discuss where you need to focus on and advise you how much training will be required.
