Just found it on my digital camera, I think I took it in the car park at Knockhill last summer.

Apart from the light blue decals, I thought it was pretty smart. Seat unit is ace... looks like a thinned 'blade unit.

Early R6 swing arm?

Looks similar, R6 maybe slightly beefier looking...

Looks like a bandit 12 with an early R1 swingarm and either gsxr or blade front end.
My guess anyway.
Paints not more taste but looks ok to me.

Hi

Skinny oil cooler, silver engine and the bottom engine mount welded to the frame (rather than a seperate alloy casting) suggests it is a 600 Bandit.

All the best

Yep, it's a Bandit 1200 that someone on here owns now, have a look at a thread called Bandit Streetfighter in Bike Pics/Show & Tell

This thread:-

https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=155905

And it is a 600 not a 1200 (or at least the frame is).

All the best

Go on, spill the beans. What swingarm and front end does it have?

Appears none of us can decide Laughing

swingarm appears to be a metamachex (think that's correct spelling) oops just looked again (that's the slabby swingarm)

looked again at the bandit, it appears to have a 1200 swingarm with possibly a fireblade overbrace welded to it

front end appears to be GSXR (swapped stems and modified lockstops possibly)
