Hi there i know most of you don't like mopeds and i respect that but please help me i have a piaggio nrg mc3 and is de-restricted with gianelli sports exhaust rollers and jets it does about 55mph honestly and would like to make it accelerate and go faster some people say get racing rollers gear up kits please tell me your opinion also a 70cc kit i am thinking about but would my scooter blow up or go wrong with one please help

Honestly nothing will make it noticably faster, just save your cash. Not necesarilly for another bike even, just don't piss it away on stuff that does nothing.

in the long run bud, you will cause more internal damage to the engine than is worth while.
Wait till you can get something bigger..i know it's frustrating, but at least you can get from A to B

Ofcourse a 70 kit will make it noticably faster,there meant to do bloody 30mph from standard,the ports etc are dire. A descent 70kit such as Malossi MHR or Polini Corsa Or Stage 6 etc will give you good acel until about 50mph true speed,and it will rip to it. If you want more top speed,then you fit the gearups,and a 33% one will take you to just under 80mph if im correct,but you need a powerful enough 70kit. Hope this helps.

i recently changed the engine in my nrg mc3 ever since then i have had problems, its starts fine and runs fine but when it heats it if i stop the revs it just cuts out and i have to leave it for about 2 mins until i can start again when its warmed up it also takes longer to kick in meaning i go slower if u have any suggestions it will be most appreciated because i do not have a clue ty for your time

get a 2 fast 80 kit and crack and exhaust if your really load. Laughing Wink
