did you go to the bike pubs in Bolton back in the 80's.

do any of these pubs mean anything to you

the castle
the swan
tippins arms
space city
bit
brass cat

many more were around at the time

Are any of these places still about? i live in bolton but only real bikers haunt i've seen is rivi barn.

the alma is still goin i think and so is the mop,

as far as ai know the rest have now gone, well open but not as bikers pubs, man and sythe might still be,

we also went to hawkers, (hawker sidderly in horwich)
and maximes in wigan, think thats still on. there was also a club in the centre called masseys on wednesday nights, went there after tippins/
