Just received one for my nc23 and it's awful. Doesn't fit in the slightest, each of the ports are at least 15mm out and all of the welding looks like pigeon shit. Won't be hard to make a better one myself. Rolling Eyes

Anyone else ever had one?

My CBR600 pipes ports were out quite a bit too, but I was told to pull them apart to do line them up,

Its apparently got something to do with the welding that causes them to contract in the jig,

go ask the good blokes @

sandybikespares

I changed my CBR600F pipes with a set from them

Stinkwheel also changed his VFR pipes for them,

and they do take returns.

Had a set from DK on my NC23, they give you a turbo lag feeling and are total crap.

Send them back and try and source an OEM unit.

Also try Sandy Bike Spares (https://www.sandybikespares.co.uk/)
I got a set of downpipes from these and was quite impressed - they fit almost perfectly (literally 1mm out) and seemed like half decent quality.
