Its a 4 stroke I believe...also would there be much difference in performance?

2strokes tend to have more power, but while 4 strokes are hell of alot more reliable, anyway if its the same rules for the 100 4 stroke as it is for 50 4stroke, i dunt think there restricted, but dont rate me onit,

No I didnt think they were...Ive never heard of a 4 stroke being restricted.
