MGS4 - big boss extreme mode

I've started playing it on big boss extreme now, just to see i I can do it with no kills etc for fun.

Has anyone else done it and did they find that the militia disguise isn't in the lockers on the first act?

Its fecking impossible it took me 2 attempts.

And I don't remember the militia disguise bit, once you have it you have it.

Once you reach the mkIII you get all your previous unlocks and equipment if you load you last completed save game and go to start a new one etc.

I think i am more suited to games like lego star wars and then GTA4
