Got my test on november the 3rd, cant wait but im taking it a 60 mile ride away on a/b roads with my instructor, so any advantages/disadvatages of doing this??
Obviously i wont know the roads and the area at all, and would have done a <2hour ride prior to the test.
Any advice as im nervous about it

I agree it might switch you on a bit more but....
I dont know where your from but whatever section you are from - North/south etc ask in there and name the area, may be a chance someone has done a test there and may be able to give you some info about certain areas to look out for. I know everywhere has its own daft junctions or stupid layouts so it may help. Aside from that if you feel your ready, can ride a bike and are confident you should do ok anyway. Either way good luck mate ____________________ RS125 > CBR6 > SV650S > ZX636R > GSX1300RZ Hayabusa > 06 RSVR Mille > SV1000S > Street Triple 765 RS |

Apart from being out of your depth a bit area wise, the riding itself might be a pain in the long run. Make sure you'll be comfortable and all should be good.
Best of luck. ____________________ Roger wrote: Women don't get damp for clingy puppies. Get some better happy pills, hit the gym & buy a medallion the size of a dinner plate. Job done |

i took my test a fair distance from home, didn't know the area, rode there before the test, took the test pissed it cos i was concentrating more and i was much more alert due to not knowing the area.
just get comfy and relax and you should be fine. ____________________ TL1000r-handful. |
