cctv set up

Hi,
Basicly weve been having a spot of trouble with vandels (smashed my car windscreen)
weve got a cctv set up (one of those bluetooth ones)
Im wanting to set it up to record to a external HDD on a pc, and im not really sure on how to go about it, programs, and what bluetooth device do i need to pick the camera up as its one that plugs into a tv.

if anyone can help ill be very greatfull.
