I KNOW its a scam, can't believe fast bikes magazine have fallen for it

Is this the one with the new R1 on the front doing a wheelie and the Fireblade in the backround (bought it last week, just says "Summer 2009").

If so, page 93 for me has reviews of used gear....

jeez i got the wrong magazine, its FAST BIKES september 09 with the USED 600's across the bottom in big white letters

the scammers website is pointfree.co.uk

What the.. it's probably a photocopy of your license - not sure exactly, but yes very illegal if caught with a fake license.

There is no 'legal' way to remove points from your license unless appealing to them or when expires.

I think the way round it is to change your address for a week, the same week your points are due to come off, i heard they dont charge for change off address Very Happy .... if im wrong feel free to abuse me lol. Its just something i heard.

No he hasn't, as said above you have to wait 4 years before they can be removed but they're only valid for 3. You still have to send a fee to the dvla though, what I think the guy is up to is sending it off to the dvla for you and charging a bit extra, not sending out dodgy photocopies to people.

I wouldn't like to try the address thing unless my misses kicks me out and I have to stay with my mother for a while. Wink wouldn't want to break the law and end up with a nasty fine. lol

i wasn't on about the time scale but the method of having the points removed
