I have put a brighter bulb in my ybr headlight 60w instead of 35. Is this going to do something nasty to my electrics or battery?

35w / 12 v = 3 amp cable needed.
60w / 12 v = 5 amp cable needed.

If the cable going to the bulb is only 3 amp, asking for it to supply 5 amp is really pushing it.
Expect the cable to get very hot and burn out.

I assume you can not switch the headlight off like most modern bikes.
So that will make it even worse.
The headlight high and low beam switch may overheat and burn out as well depending on how many amps its designed for.

Your alternator (generator) outputs 115 watts at 5000 rpm.
Anything above 5000 rpm will also output 115 watts.

Thats not a very high output compared to the current Honda CG125 which is 155 watts at 5000 rpm and it has same 35 watt bulb.
So I would be a little concerned about when your below 5000 rpm and when the battery needs to recharge after using the electric start.

Your original bulb claims to be krypton.
I would check (search internet) how it compares to halogen 35watt.

You also need to be careful with the 60 watt bulb that the headlight case or lens does not overheat.
