How cool would it be if Vale released an autobiography.

They would sell SO many. Would probably be one of the most lucrative book deals in history.

When he retires, something to look forward to for us fans, I guess....

Oh shit. Didn't realise! But enough of the laughing you smug ******s!

So he's already cashed in without actually having finished his career - means he still needs to spill the beans on what he really thinks of his mechanics etc..

Anyone read it?

I have, well, I'm half-way through, tbh I've got bored. It's quite interesting though, so it's probably just me not being that much of a fan of autobiographies rather than it being a poor book.

I can't stand it when they release an autobiography early in the career.

The english translation is pretty horrid. The original text is funnier complete with cliches and puns. I used it for a summary in ITAL-205 in university a couple years back.

My personal take on the book was that it explains how his career has panned out and why he made the big decision to jump from a Honday to a Yammie. It's autobiographical (man that's a lot of letters) in that he wrote it, but it's not like it's a complete 'this is my life. the end.' type book.

I can see him doing another one in a few decades when he's managed a team and brought some youngun through to win...

He's written one, I bought it for my Dad for Xmas last year, and read it myself. It's not a bad read, considering he's a bit young for an autobiog. Smile

I've read it, it's ok but apart from a few pranks on mopeds as a kid, his whole life has been racing which is mainly what the book is about, it does get a bit whiny at times but still interesting if you're a Rossi fan.
Just don't expect him to drop any bombshells.

I'm reading Slash's autobiography at the moment, his life has been some what more colourful! Surprised
Could probably fill 3 or 4 books Laughing
