Good call on the Cajun, I have many fond memories of bouncing around like a loon cossack stylee (don't ask) to assorted cajun bands on the rally scene, particularly one group -the name evades me- at Crazy Daze. Right up until some random muppet ruptured the ligaments in his knee by dropping too low and we had to stop

I think a good 40% of my music is stuff I should be embarressed about, Girls aloud, sugababes etc. After having my MP3 player randomly going really loud in queues for petrol with classics such as 'dance commander' or 'toxic' playing so many times I've stopped caring .

I have loads. I have a penchant for Ted Nugent, and I love old eighties cheezy pop but I also have Ridin' dirty by Chamillionaire on my MP3 player as well as 'The Look' by Roxette.

I'll listen to anything I like on my MP3 player and if I don't like it it doesn't go on.

You'll be pleased to hear however that it is mainly full of stuff like Cream, Deep Purple, Iron Maiden, Metallica etc.

It's ok Marjay, I don't mind Ridin' Dirty either.

Athough I have myself taking a liking to Rihanna's music, not because I think she's particuarly fit or anything.... at all...... Also, the backing beat is good to ride to, if you're in a rush or spirited riding.

I wrote a blog entry on musical guilty pleasures a while ago (but broke my blog and lost it).

As a Classically trained musician I felt compelled to voice all those tracks and bands I love but dare not admit to because I'm ashamed, but really, I can't help but sing along to the Top Gun soundtrack, or jump around to Pennywise (and then there's the issue with old school prog rock and folk music).
