Sorry Dug, not trying to be an arsehole, but....
If you do want it for racing or useing at proper circuits with other minimotos, then it's not ideal. The missing .8hp does make a fair bit of difference compared to the normal 'entry level' 4.2hp.

HOWever if you want it just to mess about in car parks etc, for a matle piece or as an introduction for young kids, it should be fine.
