...just needed to get this out, I'm not proud at all and should have kept my temper, now I'm shitting myself in case I get a visit from the police.
Basically I was coming out of the estate where I live, onto the main road, and traffic is stationary. I pulled in front of a green VW, there was plenty of space, and he started beeping and gesticulating and pulled up really close to the back of my bike.
Then as traffic started moving he drove up the inside of me! At that point I just saw red and booted his door quite hard (though I did look and there didn't appear to be any damage).
Next thing he stops the car and a young Asian lad gets out, starts going 'MOTHERFUCKER! FUCKING MOTHERFUCKER!". I didn't hang around. I did a U-turn and fucked off in the other direction.
Now the thing is, as I didn't do any damage to his car, and he was obviously driving like a prick, are the police likely to be involved?
Was I right to do this?
Feel like a tit now. |

So you kicked his door gently to notify him of your presence on the road then, he pulled up alongside you and clearly hadn't seen you at that point
I really doubt the police will give a fuck about it even if he does report it. Would be surprised if he isn't keeping an eye out for you again though. |

lol I can imagine some skinny wirey asian boy with spiked up hair, slits on his eye brows and a shaving on the side of his head, with a diamond earring weighing his head down to one side, wearing white trainers, black jeans, and a tacky shirt getting all hyper active as he comes out the car.
would be funny to see ____________________ -----------------------

He was probably pissed at you for pulling in front of him.
He`ll have probably sat at that junction for some time

He probably wanted his place back, that you took, in the of traffic line

so kicking his door "quite hard" didn`t do any damage ?
| TheBassJunky wrote: | I didn't hang around. I did a U-turn and fucked off in the other direction. |
Ah ............ leaving the scene of you crime
| TheBassJunky wrote: | Next thing he stops the car and a young Asian lad gets out, starts going 'MOTHERFUCKER! FUCKING MOTHERFUCKER!".. |
I`m not suprised he did
| TheBassJunky wrote: | I didn't do any damage to his car |
you sure you didn`t?
| TheBassJunky wrote: | and he was obviously driving like a prick |
Maybe you was too
| TheBassJunky wrote: | are the police likely to be involved?

Maybe ............. especially as you left the scene of the crime
| TheBassJunky wrote: | Was I right to do this? |
No!
| TheBassJunky wrote: | Feel like a tit now. |
I bet you do
how would you like it, if the senario was turned around and he did the above to you?
try and think about it before you contemplate doing something similar again. Karma sometimes has a strange way of coming back on you
but I do wonder how much journey time you saved yourself by actually pulling in front of him?
You`ve more likely spent more time worrying over this, than what you`d have saved in travelling time. ____________________ I accept no responsibility for swearing, drinking, motorcycle riding or your pregnant teenage daughter. |

unfortunately have to admit to a similar incident last night on the way home.
Was turning towards my road with parked cars on the right when a people carrier had stopped to let cars through decides that a bike would allow enough space to sqeeze through so goes for it forcing me toward the gutter.
New Kevlar gloves have claimed their first victim.
Felt semi guilty for about 30 seconds. ____________________ (L)users...Disk space is to good for them.

The only mistake you made was not twatting the arrogant little cunt for putting your safety at risk. As he was the one who left his vehicle, all testosterone and temper, you'd have had a clear cut case of self defense. ____________________ As seen on Google Street View https://tinyurl.com/yfdvojc |

Don't feel like a tit. You should have stopped and taken his lesson further.
I have twatted a van once, was on the back on Jamie's bike and we were filtering past traffic queued at a railway crossing. The crossing went up as we were about halfway past the traffic, going nice and steady as traffic was coming the other way. This van was coming the other way and as he approached us he quite clearly pulled into the middle of the road so that his tyres were on the white line. As you can imagine that got quite close as there was stationary traffic in the left hand lane. Jamie did a good job of avoiding getting knocked off so I twatted the van as hard as I could as it went past, was a pretty loud bang. Only regret is that I didn't realise earlier and put my fist through his wing mirror to teach the cvnt a proper lesson. If we didn't have somewhere to be, we would have been straight after him. ____________________ ***Previous: GPR50, FZ750 *** Current: Monkey bike, yella SV 650 ***

And people seem surprised when car/van drivers give bikes a hard time.
Hopefully it'll be the twats who go round kicking/hitting cars who'll be the ones that get knocked off by pissed off drivers. But the chances are it'll be someone who doesn't go kicking or punching cars. |

Maybe you should carry a few paint bomb baloons and just throw it at their windscreens so they can't drive any more and can't get you number either |
