this may sound like a stupid question, but one of the zips on my bagster tankbag has broken. The actual zip mechanism is fine, but the little C-shaped bit of metal which encapsulates the bit you pull to open/close it just sheered off when i went to close it one day (oddly it was empty and had no stress put on it)

I know it has some kind of warranty (threw the bit of papaer away but sure i could fnd out) but it just seems really lame to have to send the whole bag away to get it fixed, seeing as i use it alot.

anyone know if it would be fixable any other way ?

A paperclip or a small split ring both work as a replacement.

Bit of old shoe lace replaced one of my tank bag zips.

problem is it's the bit to hook onto which is broke, so i can't even use a paperclip.
