yeah really depends on the size of the hole mate, radweld stuff is fine for small cracks etc but if its a bigger hole it may not sort it. ____________________ The BCF's very own Party boy! Though he's getting old and feeling it!

Nooooooooooooooo, not in the Expansion bottle!!!!!!!
You need to put it in the rad itself or it'll clog the lines up.
Radweld saved me a few times on the RF as most who were at BdB will remember.
Is your rad straight or curved? If it's straight you can get it re-cored, not too expensive. If it's curved you're fucked ____________________ Back on a Blade. Just feels so right. |

Liquid should only move from-to the expansion bottle when the temp's pretty high (around 100 I think) .. so that won't do anything usefull . |

ok I took it to a garage as it was only a hairline crack, the guys ran the bike untill the fan kicked in (so very very hot) and then they put some stuff (looked like metal shavings) in the expansion bottle, and then ran it for a few miles.
im glad to say job done the bikes running sweet as a knut
