As above really. I just want to know how many miles (on average) to 1 tank of fuel. So I know when to stop for more fuel (by reseting the trip each time I fill up).
My daily route to uni takes me 1hour and is 21miles (in one direction).

Sales brochure says '' 12 litres (including 3.1litres for reserve) ''

Also, abit of a n00b question. But which way is the reserve open etc..?

my neighbour had a xr125 (same engine) and would do 100 miles then fill, he never hit reserve, so more than that..

use your reserve!! run the bike until you hit reserve, and then you know, every bike is different

Cool So far I've done about 175miles yet and I'm not into the reserve tank (at least I think I aint). There seems to be 3 options on the valve.

pointing upwards at 12o'clock fuel > ON
pointing right at 3 o clock fuel > OFF
pointing down at 6 o clock RESERVE.

currently pointing up
