Ok so 2 weeks ago some muppet reversed into my parked bike and knocked it over and then carried on reversing and then just claimed he had not seen it...anyway my bike was picked up to day to be sent off for repairs by some people called 4th dimension.

Was wondering if any of you guys here have ever had anything to do with them and got any experiences with them good or bad as to be quite honest so far I’m not to impressed as for a week I was called Steven and I was referred to as being a man but I’m called Steph and I’m a girl which took them a while to work out and then they changed the pickup date 3 times after I had arranged to be around off work each time. They wanted to then change it again but I told them that I would not change the date again and the bloke on the other end of the phone started getting stroppy! So I’m now worrying about what they might be doing to my pride and joy right this moment.

Anyone else had dealings with them?

My dad's bike was repaired by them when he was knocked off, he had no issues and it was done as good as new and on time, its not exactly a commen bike by any standards either so we were both a little supprised there, this was a few years back now though, so anything could have changed by now.
