Cops just called to let me know they are going to "have a chat" with suspect 1 tomorrow.

Depending on the outcome they will speak to the CPS and decide if they want to proceed with a prosecution.

FFS suspect 1 found at the scene. Suspect 2 found at the hospital being treated for road rash and various other injuries.

CCTV if it was working would have recorded both suspects 60 seconds prior to the crash yet they are not sure if this was investigated.......arghhhhhhh

MORONS

Will have to wait until next week for confirmation. There will be hell to pay if they don't go ahead with a prosecution.

Far too often the CPS are utterly useless. When some idjut stabbed another guy in the neck right in front of me i gave a statement to the old bill and was prepared to stand witness. I couldn't believe it when several months down the line they told me the case was being dropped due to lack of evidence, i couldn't believe it. Totally ridiculous.

I do hope they do decide to prosecute...if not, well, you never know with these things...someone puts it out on the net, members of forums with time on their hands decide they're going to do something about it then....bike-murdering scum's domesticy is shattered and their lives are made a living hell...etc etc...

These things can happen so easily these days... Wink

I do hope your busy plotting your revenge on the side anyway. Its something to do at least to settle the brain, perhaps settle is the wrong word there. But a little hunting them down like a wolf wouldnt go a miss and a bit of your best revenge after. You got names and addresses yet? Still got that pic Drooling

Even if the law does actually help the innocent. A bit of revenge on top of that wouldn't go amiss. These scum bags deserve nothing less.

Little tip though, if you do decide to visit them. Leave your phone at home. I've heard that they can track you pretty efficiently using your mobile phone. It's gonna be hard explaining why your phone was near the house of the scum bag you just bricked.

I'll be very interested to hear the outcome of the visit and what decision is taken.

As far as i know both are denying any involvement so it will be entirely up to the CPS to get a succesful prosecution Neutral

I know i'm obviously prejudiced but in my mind this really is a no brainer for any judge............however there is a but.

There are three main pieces of evidence that should leave no doubt as to the guilt of these two. Unfortunately i have no idea if they have them in their possession. I have pressed the various police ive been in contact with but none have confirmed they have it.

So far my view of how the police have dealt with my case leaves a lot to be desired and my confidence in a favourable outcome almost non existent.
I've had barely any contact or communication unless i have called them and then i was fobbed off with "we'll call you".

Watch this space....
