now on my account if i have a transaction less than 50 pounds, i have to pay paypal 25p.

is this normally the case? it wasn't before when i used them.

my account has been open since 2004.

i reached a spending limit of 1 thousand and 700 if that helps. i have been verified once before without the 25 p charge.

it may sound like i'm a cheapskate, which i suppose i am, but if i can get away without paying that fee then it would be great.

If you want to transfer money from paypal to your bank, there is always a charge if its less than £50.

Not sure about regular transactions though.
