Right.

Riding home from work.. Came onto a island and felt a soft crunch, got strate off and as i was riding off the small "crunch" was happening at the same time untill i stopped.

Pulled over and started to have a lil look around my back wheen then i just randomly put my hand on it was tryed to "wiggle" it

It moved like 2mm(not much)

automatically i thought the "long bolt" was loose but it wasn't

Then 2 bikers stopped and started having a look and one of them said my "its your berings" i was like well what sould i do. My house was like a 5 min drive away so they said ride home on it around 15mph . So i did.

Gets home and me and dad have another look around and i can see where its moving , its on the right hand side in the center of my diskbreak and when i have the bike lifted up you can see the small circle hole
Picture's below.
The arrows's show the hole that move's

So the questions(s) are

What do you think it is?
Whats caused this?
What do you think i should do (im 16 and know very little about bikes)?

Thanks

Your wheel bearings have worn/collapsed, you need to buy a new set of rear wheel bearings (go to a bearing shop, should be no more than £5 each) and either fit them your self or get a garage/mechanic to do it for you.

As Jamie suggests; may have just been caused by old age, or water getting into them (failed seals).

Not a big job to do, though getting the old ones out can be interesting after they've collapsed.

Presuming you've got access to a car, it's probably worth trying to do them yourself, then taking the wheel to someone else if you can't... that way you'll save a bit of money on not paying someone to take the wheel of for you, at least.
