hello people i have a 58 plate derbi senda i have put a leo vince v6 race pipe on it and a malossi 21mm carb and a 14t front sprocket and my m8 has a 2002 derbi senda with a ginelli race pipe and a bigger front sprocket and my acceleration is much better but his top end is alot faster than mine and i was wondering why that could be do i need to run a 15t front sprocket because when i shift up in to 6th gear it only has 1 thousand revs left and and also my bike wont rev through the red on my clock and i was wondering why that could be thanks.

i dont think your friends top speed would be ALOT quicker...

whats the most you have gotten out of your bike?

mines got a 13t sprocket and will hit 50 no problem at all (50mph is where the clocks are restricted too Crying or Very sad )

erm mine will hit about 63/65 with a 14t sprocket and my friends does like 70 mph with just a ginelli race pipe and a bigger sprocket.cheerz.

well your bike is alot newer, so for the extra 5mph i wouldnt worry.

doing 70mph on a bike thats built to do 30mph is never good in the first place.

when your behind him, watch his exhaust for a magic pooof of piston and small end bearing fly into your helmet. Thumbs Up
