How to lose weight in 10 easy steps.

Step 1: Take on very hot day and two fun people.

Step 2: Climb into full leathers and climb onto one motorbike.

Step 3: Follow the in-laws to a beach you haven’t see before and follow at an average speed of 60mph

Step 4: After riding for an hour in hot weather continue, by walking along beach in leathers.

Step 5: Spend the day on beach getting tanned, (Burned.)

Step 6: Dry yourself off, then climb back into leathers and try to walk on very hot sand during the hottest part of the day. (20mins along the beach)

Step 7: Crawl up the hill and almost pass out due to heat exhaustion next to bike!

Step 8: Go to get tax wait in queue for 10mins in leathers to be told you brought wrong insurance documents.

Step 9: arrive home very hot sweaty and tired and collapse on the side.

Step 10: Get the GF to pull you out of your clothes because you cant get them off because your glued to them. BINGO 10 easy steps on how to lose a few pounds in one easy day!

Well that’s the day I’ve just hade, and I’m very tired! Am going to go to sleep for a very lone time.

I managed to get my Tax for my bike and I admit I only went out in a T-shirt as my leathers were like glue and very sandy!!!

Embarassed

Alternatively you could go to Morocco for a month, live on a diet of hard bread and tajine.... get the squits, climb Jebel Toubkel in temperatures exceeding 40 degrees C, and you'll find you're loosing stones!

It's not like james is exactly chunky either.

* presuming I can actually get my bike MOTd and don't have to work, blah, blah..

Well...... BDB may not be possible. I want to go and look at a bike, and as my Dad has to take me then I can only go weekends Sad

Sooner I get a bike the better. BDB would be ok, but I'd rather be bike hunting. Otherwise I'd only cry all weekend looking at everyone else having fun with their babys.

I think the likeliness of the Special passing its MOT tomorrow is also very low. Took it for a run just, and despite leaving it for 2 months, the handbrake is still non-existant, the brakes still don't stop the car, and it still keeps veering off towards any oncoming traffic, oh and the tread on the tyres hasn't grown back for some reason..... Rolling Eyes

Fingers crossed it'll slip through 'cos it's special! Very Happy

It's a normal place, just depends what mood the mechanic is in (I'll go and 'watch him' if poss, and maybe see if I can slip him a tenner or something Smile

And on the weight loss thing... just feel shit for a while. I've gone from 14.something to 13.4 in around two weeks just from feeling shit and not eating much.
