Ok, I really need to make my music collection a bit bigger than it is, I'll list a few artists I like and then you reccomend me similar good music, it's a simple concept and should work wonderfully.

Well i have been feeling festive today but bored of the usual xmas hits i dragged out my brutal christmas collection:

Alien Ant Farm are a bit lostprophetish, Incubus and Deftones are a bit like foo's and linkin.

More edits - Just going through my 3000 track playlist, most of it may be a bit heavy but maybe try Staind, CKY, Queens of the Stone Age, Puddle of Mudd and for something a bit lighter try Eight Legs (they did the song of the anti drinking advert where the guy pours curry down himself, pisses on his shoes and rips his earring out)

I would say Paramore, but from what I remember you like them (from an old thread)

I cna happily recommend Gogol Bordello. Gypsy punk, bu awesome at that! Highly original, funky and them playing live was possibly one of the best things I've ever seen (live). They were amazing at Reading last year. Right up at the front. Full of energy and jsut generally amazing.
