A 1980 C70. No MOT or tax, stolen-recovered, £50.

Thinking of putting knobblies on it and turning it into an off-road type thing.

Thoughts?

It should be a whole lot of fun, I've known several people have them as field bikes.

The only issue you might have is getting to and from the places you want to play.

£50 though? Bargain!

You could probably get more than £50 for the cylinder head alone.

Not sure about this one as I have not ridden it yet, but having owned a C90 in the past... YES! Very Happy

Read more about them here

Either way, enjoy it - I quite fancy getting myself a c90 some point this year, credit crunch and all that...

Cheers, Stu
