i bought something of someone and over a month later ive got nothing so i disputed in the dispute center thing on paypal about a week ago , and still havnt herd anything about whats happening with my money

ive got no idea how these things work , can some one fill me in on what your ment to do whats ment to be going on ? cheers

Have you launched a proper claim?

I know you can lodge disputes but you can escelate it to a claim which you should do immediately if the seller has not responded.

Go to the resolution centre via PayPal and it should give you a date when you can escalate your dispute.

I'm in the middle of one now, buyer says they haven't received an item which I posted and have a receipt for. Paypal have taken £36 from my account until it's sorted. They always seem to support the buyer even if they are lying b's. What's the point of offering postal insurance if paypal give the money back anyway? I hate paypal as they can just take money from you whenever they like.
