Websense.

How do I beat it?

Without getting noticed of course. All IPs are monitored.

I'd check your contract of employment before doing it.

It would mean disciplinary action where I work if you get caught.

<pedant mode>
Websense performs web filtering and/or certain security aspects, but is not a firewall.

Seriously though, if it's properly implemented (the biggest potential weak point in any system), then I'll be impressed if you get through. Websense has a large market share and is used across enterprise size networks globally.

Use a Proxy server?, If it blocks them and you are serious enough about it run your own from home and tunnel through your unlocked connection

If your contract states you will be disciplined for bypassing the content filtering at work, do not do it unless you don't value the job.

We use it where I work. I monitor it. You may bypass it for a limited time, it takes approx 2-3 days to notice someone using a proxy bypass site.

Websense is a very very very very good product. Do not believe 99% of what you read on the web about getting around it as the techs have also read it too, and if they are halfway competent, blocked it.

EDIT:

If you really desperately want to get on any site you want to, and have the privacy to access the web at your leisure in your own office, invest in one of them webnwalk things from t-mobile and take a laptop in. That's the only foolproof way around websense without it being logged and noticed.
