to be fair, the bike slid .. he took the weight on his leg/knee, so the rear was unloaded ... not a moments panic and a beautiful carving of a line Cool Thumbs Up

If your riding fast you'd be surprised how often you don't have full traction. Can pretty much bin it, slide on your knee and keep going, loads of fun!

I imagine it'd be a lot easier than doing it on a real bike, 'cus as said above, you can take the entire weight on your knee slider...

Yeah, you can get away with loads on a minimoto ... the best bit is that if you do fall off in a slide like that/there, its not like you or the bike will come to much harm ... its a totally different matter on a 'big' bike Wink

hully sadly has very little run-off and to be honest, there are a few places there where I wouldn't want to crash as next stop is a sold plywood wall ... the tyre wall they put us will be as good as useless as it is only a coupla tyres high and you'd go straight over! Shocked

Yeah hully isn't the most crash proof place on mini motos, if you come off your pretty much going to hit a wall. Laughing

I came round the right hander after the straight flat out in the kart on the wrong line as I had just past someone. Ended up pretty much straight lining the corner into the tyre wall. Laughing I think it was Jamie that was behind me that just ploughed straight into the back of me! Funny stuff.

Just like to point out yet again that I came second overall in the karting. Wink Laughing Cool

I remember the karting very well.

I remember the bit, where I had like 6 people behind me who I was leaving behind, then came a hairpin and I powered it around a little bit too much and lost it. I span 180, and then those 6 karts came round and one hit me on a head on. My kart actually got air too Laughing

G has the video but waiting for for him to upload it Wink
