Just wondering if anybody here has used these guys before?

The reason i'm asking is that i've seen a couple of low milage ZX9R C's and E's on there for £2.4 as well as a 03 R1 for £3000. Are the rumours true about them being a bunch of cowboys? Of course the same could be assumed with all dealers since the last few bikes i've bought have been private sales and I've always tried to factor in an extra £300-£500 to get bits and pieces replced.

So, is it worth it getting a bike from them?

Many thanks

Titot

Not bought anything from them, but they're good about test rides. I phoned up and said I'd like to try 3 bikes, and they said just give them an hour's notice to get them out of the lineup. Not heard any rumours about them being cowboys, myself.

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I got my bike from there and all i can say is 1st class service to the point i would recommend them hands down. The sales people and the mech in the workshop are great. Never had a problem with them.

If you dont like what you hear or see then you can always walk away.

I've been there a few times but never bought a bike from them.

I think they are a bit overpriced on their bikes, but they seem to have knowledgable people who try to look after you, so I have to give them the thumbs up.

I got my Sv1000 from them, reasonable price, aftersale service was in my experience a bit shoddy.

The bike went back after a few weeks with a fault on the Acumen alarm, after a lot of faffing around i had to call acumen myself to get them in touch with Midlands Superbikes to get it sorted. In the end i was without my bike for a week. When i got it back there was wires hanging out and a few bolts missing. Although i took it back and they sorted it.

In their defence though, they sold me a good condition bike at a good price, other than the alarm i never had any faults with the bike over approx 15k miles and as mentioned above, they were good with test rides.

I've a friend who has had nothing but trouble with them however that's not my story to tell and not knowing the full details i wouldn't want to slag them off over the situation.
