Yep,

I live in Latvia and we don't have the same points system as you do.

In here it's like this: the first time you get your licence, you get a sort of newbie's licence for one year.
During that period of time pretty much anything, even driving over a pedestrian crossing without stopping a few times, can result in losing your licence until do your exam again and a pretty significant fine as well.

So in reality, I'll have to be even more careful from now on, since I have my newly aquiered licence to lose Razz
