This thread should be the official DAS price comparison thread. Should be good for new bikers.
All users need to specify is the the name of the company, region (e.g. London, but be as specific as you can), the cost of the test whether offer or fixed, and the company's contact details.
I'll begin:
Company: CamRider.com
Region: London (Hendon)
Cost of DAS (until end of Jan):[
6 day novice course (includes CBT as do all of their courses but I guess this is deductable if you already have one) -£559 but second person on same training is FREE just pay test fee and bike hire of £39 per session (this is the same for all DAS courses);
5 day beginners course - £480;
4 day experienced riders - £399 (If two people do the course this could work out as £310 each)
Company website: www.camrider.com |

2112 Bike Training, Aberdeen City www.2112biketraining.co.uk
6 Day £650
5 Day £540
4 Day £430
This includes CBT, Bike & clothing Hire. I done my CBT with these guys and they're pretty sound. Aberdeen tends to be slightly more pricey as there isn't huge competition up here
Also please change name of thread to DAS Doorstep challenge, it'll be more appealing. ____________________ Current Bikes: Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 (2020)
Former Bikes: Honda MSX125 (2014), BMW Funduro (1996), Honda VT500 (1983), Yamaha FZR250 (1989), Suzuki GZ125 Marauder(2005),:Triumph TT600 (2002) (stolen)
From then on, I and the bicycle feelings deeper. |
