Hey guys, in a few months i'll be moving upto a 125. Was just wondering what you guys would recommend.

Looking for something fairly modern, with all the dash stuff, like a rev counter, fuel gauge nd all that Jazz

Fairly comfortable riding position, and able to keep up with traffic (60-70ish??)

Thinking maybe the Yammy Ybr

Cheers guys

YBR looks more modern than a CG.

Fuel gauges on bikes are not all that accurate most the time.

Hehe, cheers so far guys, also been looking at the Yamaha RXS 100, looks like a nice bike, kinda warming to that retro look.

are you looking to do a full motorbike license?
your CBT will run out after another year. if you are going to be on 125s for a few years then i would do your A2. don't cost much more than your CBT but allows you to ride any size bike and on a motorway aswell
125's get boring fairly quickly (depending on what you use them for obviously.) My Honda XR125 is loads of fun to ride around towns and stuff but very boring on longer motorway journeys and country roads.
if you're set on a 125 the cg is nice and cheap and reliable. my xr has the same engine and is just as robust and reliable. will cruise at 65mph on A roads and motorways just take a bit of time getting there. will get you away from the lights first unless a semi decent car's going for it.
another nice 125 is the hyosung gt 125 and the hyosung gt 125 comet. has a bit more power than the cg and xr and can be picked up cheaply. finish apparently isnt the best but ive seen them in just as good condition as my bike at the same age
