After a week of looking I still cant find this part!
Just to make sure I have the name right, it is called the 'water pump cover/casing" isnt it? Or does it go by any other name?
Heres an image, I'v circled the part:

Most people get someone to TIG weld a patch over the hole.

They are uncommon second hand because they are the first thing to go if you drop one on its right side.

Iv given kickstart a pm to see if he has one. Theres no chance of welding it, its knackered like. Any ideas how much something like this goes for brand new? Just incase i cant manage to get hold of a used one.

As long as there is enough of the tube left sticking out of the top to put the radiator hose on, it is repairable. Most of the casting there is unecessary, there is no need for it to stick out as far as it does.

I did it on a picture. You can grind down and replace all the bit marked in red with a flat rectangle of alloy plate without affecting function.

This also removes the bit that sticks out, the mainstand touches down first after this repair has been done.

I've had it done twice. Embarassed
