Well after the poor thing getting caked in rubbish I gave it a semi clean.
Not posted properly on my ride.
So here are some photos.
Hopefully next week I can get the real grubby bits gleaming.
Excuse the corrosion on the front wheel Laughing
Not brilliant on photography as you can see Thumbs Up

Nice (clean) bike but I'd ditch the exhaust system.

Yeah, not to keen on the exhaust, may look better in the flesh though. Bike is looking good though, you can see its obviously been used, just like a bike should Cool

Also, why do people put (not 56k safe) or whatnot in the title, do people still use 56k? Laughing

Louise, have you fitted that steering damper during your ownership?

If so, did you notice it make a good difference? I'm tempted by one as I get alot of head shake and it scares me under heavy acceleration.

Bike looks nice, I haven't cleaned mine since it got tucked away in October, gonna be a nightmare.

Nice bike. I'd be getting the top yoke powdercoated when you get the wheels done though.

Damper was on as I brought it.
But, few months ago the seal broke and spat oil everywhere - I have noticed a difference... Not alot tho, just a few twitches here and there.
As for the pipes I am getting the Racefit one soon - waiting for my over draft to get sorted Thumbs Up
Bike has been used, 2003 and done 45k miles Laughing

Now now.

There's no point in doing a job if you're not going to do it properly.

yea i want a little stubby like that, race fit dont actually list the can for the zx6r though, not unless its a special order, 500 quid though.

theres another bloke on ebay who sells a simalar can for 120 quid and it looks better than that tube tech thing, il try find it later.

cant see whats wrong with your cans. what are they? must be a one off........
