Right iv decided to invest in some Bobbins And the first name i came across was R&G Neutral How much.

So iv been looking around and theres a few on Ebay (Get ready here's the big one)

Is it worth spending the money on R&G's or go for the ones most likely made from chocolate on ebay ?

Now ............ Please enlighten me.

Get the ones from ebay.

The R&G ones offer zero protection anyway, they will just rip themselves out of the swingarm due to their larger size.

Oo, you mean crash protectors/mushrooms/bungs, not bobbins.

Bobbins are the wee things that go in your swingarm to give the hook type paddock stands something to hook around.

If you want crash protectors go R&G or similar, they tend to make the best stuff for the widest variety of bikes.

Wouldn't worry about the fork or axle protectors personally.

I got some from Germany on ebay for mine. They cost about £45 and have been great, the bike has managed to go over in the wind once and the mushroom took it well.

If you get them from Ebay try and check the carriage weight or product weight. I was suprised when I got mine as they felt really quite heavy which I suppose is a good thing (i.e. weighs more than equivalent block of cheese).

R&G or these, probably both do the same job
