Just leave it, I hear the DVLA can mess up entitlements...

It shows the date you passed your test so if anyone asks point that out...

Passed last April, still got em in!

I know the chances of getting done are slim to none, but if i lose my licence i lose my job.

I'm keeping them in for the full 2 years, not worth the risk!

only reason for them to check its restricted is for them to pull you over, if they dont have a reason to pull you over then there shouldnt be a problem.

you can just ask for a deferred inspection anyway and slap them in Very Happy

Well done Snapper Thumbs Up

Still got 16 months to go on mine Thumbs Down

My restrictor is still on - not worth the risk of invalidating the insurance if involved in an accident and it's checked - I'm sure Plod would be interested too.

i had my restrictor in my sv for the whole time (its still in as not gone out to change it over as not been out on it since wednesday)

but yup, i was good and kept it at 33bhp for 2 years, it wasn't that hard to do.

Congrats to the OP, goes quicker than you think doesn't it.

I've seen that said several times here, but never seen the legislation quoted. Do you know where the right to demand a defered inspection is encoded?
