Is it me or does the test seem to completely revolve around how to sponge off the state?

Does this mean I have to leave the country??

Test finished
You might be able to answer some questions at the real test, but most probably not enough to pass the test. We recommend our Basic & Advanced Levels Practice Questions. Start studying now, and you'll succeed.

You answered correctly 9 questions out of 13 in 2 minutes and 16 seconds, which means 0 minutes and 10 seconds per question.

The real test allows you approximately 2 minutes per question.

It does look like that but I did think maybe, its not a real citizenship test, and its just made with loaded questions to make a point.

Then I thought, maybe it really is the real citizenship test, and it really does the seem to completely revolve around how to sponge off the state !

edit, after trying the home page, it does look the genuine article, and like the citizenship test, is a how to make your claim test

Your level is quite high. We recommend Advanced Level Only Practice Questions, which do not contain the easiest material. Most probably you don't need to study the basics. You are still free to order Basic & Advanced Levels Questions, just to be sure.

You answered correctly 7 questions out of 9 in 3 minutes and 1 seconds, which means 0 minutes and 20 seconds per question.

Does seem like its all about what you can get for free...

Confused

I take exception to the first question I was asked and the subsequent answer:

Q. Who are entitled to free prescriptions?

A. The unemployed receiving jobseekers allowance.

That's incorrect, if you receive income based job seeker's allowance (i.e. you've made little or no NIC) then yes you can have free prescriptions in England.

However, if you receive contribution based jsa (i.e. you've paid NIC) then you won't get free prescriptions and you have to pay.

I understand that if you've just arrived in this country you won't have paid NIC, but that question just sucks!

NHS Prescription Charges

All this means I actually got 6 out of 7 questions correct in under 2 mins. Neutral

I actually thought unemployed/jobseekers allowance folks had to pay, then I thought; hold on...

So, pensioners have to pay for prescriptions but jobseekers don't?

I do like how on their homepage, if you buy a full test, for an extra £5 you can have a beautiful leather passport cover for your future passport...

Thumbs Up

Was that an application for for a job at the benefits office? I would fail apparently judging by my results.
