I got a very nice mini Gerber tool for Christmas, it's been very handy, right up until I used it to turn a stiff fuel tap and snapped the pliers bit in half at the pivot!! Crying or Very sad

Anyone know of any way of getting repairs/spares on these kind of tools?

Got a good Leatherman already, too big to have in my pocket all the time though - so the lil Gerber is perfect.

Cheers Finglonga, that's good to know. I'll try to get in contact with them - or do I have to go through the supplier it came from? Don't really wanna ask the present giver where they got it, bit rude! Laughing

I found a Gerber when I lived in Cyprus years ago.

Moved back to the UK. I had it in my seat of my moped for ages. I dropped it once day and the metal file shattered.

I sent it off to Gerber. And about 6 weeks later. I got my Broken Gerber back, With an X engraved into it. And another Brand new Gerber supplied with it. It wasn't the same as the old one, But it was the latest version of that particular model.

Top service, I'd certainly post it back.
