CBR400 doesn't have an ECU, it runs carbs....

I know,i used to have one,lol.I was just wondering if it was something to do with ignition control unit and whether there was some new fangled thing that the japs may have come up with to change the ignition timing.It's just because it's a grey import and i know the japanese sometimes bring out some fancy stuff for greys,exhausts,bodykits,etc.
