My rear is pretty much out of tread after 1200 miles. Slow to warm up, as grippy as any decent tyres when warm, but occassionally slip with no warning. Overall I'd say they where pretty useless tyres.

Got 014s on my 400. Only ever had them slip when they're new and cold or fast wet riding other than that they seemed very grippy to me.

They do wear out really quick though. Think it was about 1.5 back tyres to 1 front and I really wear them out before changing them.

Very skittish and i hated their flightiness. Poor in the wet and poor tread life.

Looks like you should have asked before you got them fitted.

Wore too quickly on my 636, and would slide and spin on cool/damp roads. Were ok on hot days, nothing remarkable though.

Pretty shite really.

Did you ask for 014's? Only I thought they were now obsolete and replaced by the 016's? Obviously stock is still held for 014's for thems what have it.

+1

Had a pair brand new last autumn. less than 2K out the rear. The front is better with 4K on it now and a fair bit of life left too.

I found they squared off too quickly, and i never felt comfortable with them.
Ive just had some bt016's (the replacement for the 14's) and they are in a different league as far as grip and feedback go.
Only time will tell how long they last, but with a triple compound rear and double compound front they have to last longer than the 14's.
And i paid £180 fitted. Thumbs Up
