he is quite obviously using his credit card to purchase the pavement because you seem to think you own it, Laughing

if you were so bothered why not go outside and ask him wtf he wants instead of taking snidy photos to post on the internet

free country?

Probably nothing untoward, just looks like he's paying for something over the phone with his card.

Obvioulsy he had a phone call regarding something he had to pay for, a forgotten bill or something. I doubt he was buying your house without your knowledge. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

If you were bothered you should have had the balls to tell him to get of your wall. Laughing

Maybe he was topping up/paying his phone bill?

When you weren't looking, he sneaked inside your house, stole you bank details (along with obvious card that was placed on top of statement) and has now stolen you identity.

The reason for standing outside for so long is that your neighbours get used to seeing him around and won't think it weird when he starts appearing more and more around the area.

There's nothing paranoid about looking out your curtains all day long..

Dunno about the man, but it looks like you have a ghost. Old lady wearing blue or something.

I'm guessing it's the reflection of a china ornament on his mum's bedroom window ledge.

He was on his way home from a place called work when he realised he needed to pay a bill.

You'll understand when you're older.

Am I the only one thinking Fnatic is a raving lunatic for taking photos of a complete stranger?

Mebbe he was paying for his parking.

Or his dominatrix texted him to tell him she needed money RIGHT NOW and he'dbetter send it, or she would post the pix of him dressed up in a french maids outfit onto his work's intranet.

Or his Mrs said can he order the latest Steven Seigal for their nephew's birthday and today was the last day for ordering in time to get it in the post.

Or he thought of something he forgot on his Tesco Online shopping list, and was altering his order on the internet.

There's a lot of reasons in the modern day which could mean a man was using his credit card and his phone in the middle of the street.
