Workshop manual for Gilera 125 DNA

I'm looking urgently for a manual for a Gilera 125 DNA scooter/bike hybrid to download. Anybody who can help me?

I dont have a manual but i've had my girlfriends bike apart a few times, What do you want to know? I'll see if i can help.

nice bike, i have the dragon red colour... mine sounds a big fecked after i came off it this morning though (well not really an "off" cuz i didnt go superman but the bike went over, bloody ice) sure itll be fine though going to check it out tomorrow, just take off the plastic and seat and then all is for show.... i think Thumbs Up

Thanks for the response. The waterpump is leaking and I suspect its the seal but I cannot figure how to get it apart. At the back (inside) it has a black fan; does that unscrew from the propellor axle. I have tried to hit the axle on the propellor side (front) but it doesn't move.

Can you tell me is it a Haynes Gilera Runner, DNA, Stalker & Ice 1997-2004 Repair Manual?

Hope to hear from you, I'm sitting far south not close to Gilera at all. (South Africa)

hi cassie my manual is for the gilera dna 125 its a standard one that came with the bike. will ask about for you see if i can find a better one

This haynes manual covers the DNA 125. It shares the same engine as the 4 stroke 125 runner. For some reason the stupid haynes site only has the DNA 50 listed, but I have the manual myself and it lists the DNA 125 on the back cover as one of the bikes it covers.

Thanks for the link to the Haynes Website,, but its for a hardcopy - it would be difficult to order it from South Africa - I have to find a downloudable version . Sue thaks for trying to find me one.

Sorry I've never had a look at the water pump so i cant help. I'll ask around if anyone i know has had the cooling system apart. Nick.

I have the 50cc version, and recently it just decided to stop sparking. I wonder if anyone has any idea why? or even perhaps a copy of the wiring diagrams I could see?
