Frank Barrow?

I was looking for Bandit stuff on ebay a while ago, when I saw a bike advertised with the same colour scheme as mine (black, with blue metal flake). the ad said it was custom painted by someone called Frank Barrow. I emailed the seller and asked if he knew more about the guy as I'm looking to get some bits painted for mine. He didn't know much else other than he thinks that he may given it up now, and that he's in Cheshire somewhere. Oh, and that he's had some of his work featured in some top bike mags.

Just wondered if anyone here had ever heard of him, or maybe even had a contact number or something..?
