Couple of questions on my 95 ninja 6 F1 model please guys
1) what weight fork oil and how much to buy ?? think its 10w i seen in halfords but not sure wether to get the synthetic or standard ?how many litres does it take for both forks

I will be buyin haynes manual soon

Mate, i've got a haynes manual for the ZX6R F (sold my bike), it's used, but it's all there. You're more than welcome to have it for a tenna incl del? I'll look up those values for you if you want?
