Xbox Live Points - Age Restrictions?

My younger brother recently purchased 2100 Xbox Live points for my Xbox so he could have the Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack & the Prince of Persia DLC. I've also just bought 2100 Xbox Live points today to get the GTA 4: Lost & The Damned DLC.

With the left over points we'd be able to buy the upcoming Mythic Map Pack for Halo 3, however I've just realised, my brother added the points to his account for Prince of Persia and if we want to get the Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack we'd have to put the points I've just bought on his account.

However, I want to download GTA: Lost & The Damned DLC with the points first which is '18 rated' and my younger brother is under 18 and rather foolishly put his real age on his Xbox account. If I was to put the points on his account would it still allow me to download the GTA DLC or would it give me a message about his account being underage to do so?

Please let me know what I should do guys as I really want the Halo 3 Map Pack as I freaking love that game and I won't be able to download it without adding the points to my little brothers account because as far as I am aware you cannot transfer points from account to account...

i dont think theres any way round that mate, especially if your putting points on 2 different accounts.

just gona have to get more points Crying or Very sad

Just an update to anyone who cares. We took the risk and put the points on my brothers account and we were still able to download the GTA add-on pack so age restrictions mean nothing in terms of downloading 18-rated games.

I've started playing the DLC and it is awesome thus far. I love GTA! Laughing
